ZX7-250 soldadora Blows Fuse o Lights the Lamp Limiter: Short-Circuit diagnóstico
A ZX7-250 troubleshooting page para soldadoras that blow fuses, trip breakers o make a series test lamp glow brightly during arranque.
What a bright lamp means
A limitador con lámpara is a practical current-limiting tool. When it stays bright on a ZX7-250 soldadora inverter, the máquina is drawing excessive current. The cause may be a shorted IGBT, shorted puente rectificador, damaged bulk capacitor, wrong relé/boost state, shorted rectificador de salida o a wiring error from a previous repair.
Decision flow
Do this before replacing parts
- Desconecta la alimentación de entrada y discharge bus DC capacitores.
- Inspect the puente rectificador, relé/boost wiring y tubo de potencia area.
- Measure each potencia device para a hard short.
- Comprobación rectificador de salida diodo behavior before assuming only the primary side is bad.
- Disconnect suspect etapa de potencia connectors y retest con current limiting.
What not to do
Do not keep potenciaing the máquina through a bright lamp. The lamp is warning that a heavy falla remains. Do not install new tubo de potencias until the driver y protección paths have been comprobacióned.
Buscar-oriented FAQ
Why does my soldadora inverter blow the fuse?
The most common causes are shorted entrada puente, shorted IGBT/MOSFET, damaged capacitores o a shorted rectificador de salida reflected through the transformador.
Is a limitador con lámpara useful on an soldadora inverter?
Yes, para early falla aislamiento. It limits current y gives a visual clue before breakers, fuses o new devices are destroyed.
Does a bright lamp always mean the IGBT is shorted?
No. It means excessive current. IGBT short is common, but puente rectificador, capacitor o secondary short must also be comprobacióned.
