ZX7-160/200 Dead No Power Diagnostic
A small-inverter bottom-board route for ZX7-160/200 machines that appear dead or have no auxiliary power.

Start at the bottom-board input, DC bus and auxiliary layer before moving to top-board MOSFETs. Check input bridge, start resistor, relay path, DC bus capacitors and 24 V auxiliary evidence.
Diagnostic path
Input bridge → start resistor / relay → DC bus capacitors → 24 V auxiliary → top-board supply.
Evidence table
No DC bus: bridge/input issue. Relay/start absent: start resistor or relay path. No auxiliary: bottom-board supply path. Top board should be checked only after bottom supply is valid.
