Fault route
ZX7-160/200 Weak Current or Current Not Adjusting Diagnostic
A practical small-inverter current-control route for weak current or current adjustment failure.
Quick Answer
Weak current is not always a power-device fault. Check current potentiometer command, shunt/feedback path, reactor/output path and cable connection before replacing MOSFETs or the top board.
Diagnostic path
Current knob → command input → shunt/feedback → reactor/output path → output terminals.
Evidence table
Current knob no effect: panel/potentiometer or command input. Output weak under load: reactor/output cable/path. Feedback abnormal: shunt or feedback wire socket. Full no-output: use the no-output route.
