ZX7 / WS stick-TIG inverter board family
This family page organizes ZX7, WS and related inverter stick/TIG machines by board role instead of only by model name. Use it to decide whether a no-output, protection, HF, gas or current-control fault belongs to the power board, long-strip control board, driver board or HF/gas section.
Board-stack view
Base / power board
Input rectifier, DC bus, auxiliary supply, relays, fan supply and power-stage mounting.
Upper / output board
Main transformer connection, output rectifier, filter capacitors, gate resistors and current feedback.
Long-strip control board
