Board connector reference
ZX7-500A Control Board Feedback Connectors
A practical connector and feedback reference for ZX7-500A control-board diagnosis.
Why the connector map matters
Current adjustment, arc-force command, protection input, temperature relay, current feedback and voltage feedback enter the control board through different connectors. A wrong connector diagnosis can turn a feedback fault into an unnecessary board replacement.
Connector evidence table
| Connector / signal | Role | Fault symptom |
|---|---|---|
| CN1 / current adjust | front-panel current command | current cannot adjust or setpoint value wrong. |
| CN2 / arc force | arc-force command | arc start and arc-force behavior abnormal. |
| Protection input | protection / shutdown evidence | protection light or no PWM permission. |
| Temperature relay | overheat protection path | thermal protection even when heatsink is not hot. |
| Current feedback | current-loop evidence | display mismatch, unstable current, current limit fault. |
| Voltage feedback | output voltage evidence | voltage display wrong, output regulation abnormal. |
| Mutual inductance | current sensing path | feedback missing or noisy under load. |
