Front-panel functions

| Air check / cutting mode | Verifies gas flow before cutting. | Wrong mode can make the machine look active but not cut. |
| 2T / 4T switch | Selects torch switch behavior. | Unexpected latching can be mistaken for control-board failure. |
| Current knob | Sets cutting current. | Bad setting or failed feedback can cause weak cutting. |
| Protection lamp | Indicates protection state. | Do not diagnose output before clearing protection. |
| Torch and work outputs | Connect torch, pilot lead and work clamp. | Loose work clamp or pilot lead can cause no transfer arc. |
