Service-style diagnostic order for ZX7-250 machines where fan, DC bus, control power, output rectifier or driver signals point to different fault branches.
Service order
- Confirm input power and absence of direct short.
- Measure expected DC bus condition.
- Verify auxiliary control rails and regulator outputs.
- Inspect power-device and driver-board isolation.
- Check secondary rectifier modules when fault light or no-output symptoms remain.
